3. Õppe maht ja struktuur

3.1 Õppe maht

• Kogumaht: 126 ak.t (45 min) · 94,5 tavatundi (60 min).
• Total volume of studies, including the proportion of classroom, practical, and independent work
• Total volume: 126 academic hours, including:
• Classroom learning (mentor and group meetings in web environment): 44 academic hours
• Independent study: 82 academic hours

• Training takes place in an online environment that enables both independent learning and interactive communication. Students have access to learning materials, video lectures, and practical tasks. Group mentoring sessions are conducted via video conferencing platform.

• Independent work consists of:

• All necessary learning materials are made available in the learning environment. Regular group mentoring sessions support independent work, where students receive help and feedback. Students can consult with mentors while creating their project portfolio and final project.

5. Hindamine ja lõpetamise tingimused

5.1 Hindamine

• A qualification document is issued when the learner has demonstrated the achievement of learning outcomes by successfully completing practical tasks and appropriately answering theoretical questions. If the learner does not achieve the required learning outcomes, a confirmation of participation is issued.

• All trainers have higher education, work experience in the field they teach, and experience in adult education.
