3. Õppe maht ja struktuur
3.1 Õppe maht
- Kogumaht: 60 ak.t (45 min) · 45 tavatundi (60 min).
- Total volume of studies, including the proportion of classroom, practical, and independent work
- Total volume of studies: 60 academic hours
- Of which classroom learning (group meetings in a web environment):
- 26 academic hours – mentor meetings and group homework feedback
- Of which independent learning:
- 34 academic hours - independent work, including independent e-learning Independent work

4. Õppe ülesehitus, keskkond ja meetodid
4.1 Õppemeetodid
- The training uses various active learning methods, including case studies, practical work, and independent work.
4.2 Õppekeskkond ja tööriistad
- The course takes place in a web-based environment, combining classroom meetings and independent work parts. Independent study materials are available for available on the Ettevõtluskeskus e-learning platform.

4.4 Iseseisev töö
- Independent work
- Participants are provided with training materials that include over 400 pages of information, practical examples, exercises, and tests. The volume of independent work per week varies.
5. Hindamine ja lõpetamise tingimused
5.1 Hindamine
- A certificate is issued if the learner has demonstrated the acquisition of learning outcomes by successfully completing practical tasks and appropriately answering theoretical questions. If the learner does not achieve the required learning outcomes, a certificate of participation is issued. At the end of the training, it is possible to take the PECB exam.
5.2 Lõpetamise tingimused ja väljastatavad dokumendid
- A certificate is issued if the learner has demonstrated the acquisition of learning outcomes by successfully completing practical tasks and appropriately answering theoretical questions. If the learner does not achieve the required learning outcomes, a certificate of participation is issued. At the end of the training, it is possible to take the PECB exam.
6. Koolitajate kvalifikatsioon
- All trainers have higher education, work experience in the field they teach, and experience in adult training.
7. Kvaliteedi tagamine ja parendamine
Programmi kvaliteeti hinnatakse osalejate tagasiside, koolitajate tähelepanekute ja lõpetamise tulemuste põhjal. Tagasisidet kasutatakse õppematerjalide, juhendite ja kommunikatsiooni järjepidevaks parandamiseks ja täpsustamiseks.
