This is a good fit for environmental specialists who want a systematic implementer role, quality experts extending their reach into environmental management, and anyone who works with or wants to work on a company's environmental and sustainability issues. It suits both newcomers and experienced specialists – previous experience is not required, though prior environmental or quality management experience helps.
This is not the right fit if your English is below an intermediate level (all materials and tests are in English), if you cannot take part consistently in live evening web sessions across the 5 weeks, or if you expect completing the course to hand you the PECB Lead Implementer credential automatically – that comes from PECB after its own exam and experience requirements.
Mentor-led group sessions are the main format; 1:1 mentoring is available if needed.
