Method
Our programmes are not lectures you sit through. The way we teach has a name, and the name says what actually happens in the room.
Learning starts in a safe simulation. You get a situation shaped like a real company, genuinely messy data and real decisions – but getting it wrong costs nothing. That is what makes it possible to try, ask and do it again.
The second half is application. The same skill goes straight into your own work: your task, your team, your data. The simulation teaches it, the application makes it stick, and neither half works on its own.
On the longer programmes every week produces something: it gets finished, shown to other people, and discussed. This is not homework marking – it is the reason the learning survives, because what you built stays yours after the programme ends.
The weekly rhythm applies to these programmes:
Professional training is often sold as one or two days. We run no such format: all 15 currently open programmes are spread across several weeks. Even the certification courses that elsewhere run as an intensive are split into weeks here – a skill you have not tried in between does not stay with you.
AI is not a chapter in our syllabus. It is a way of working that comes along every week: cleaning up data, drafting, hunting mistakes, reporting. The judgement, the context and the responsibility stay with the person – and that boundary is exactly what we teach.
Every programme has a named trainer or mentor – measured across all 28 products in our registry. They do not just answer questions; they look at your work and tell you what would be better next.
We do not promise you will know everything afterwards. We do not promise a job or a salary figure. And we do not promise it is easy – a weekly rhythm means there is real work in between.
We promise what we can answer for: after every week you have something in hand, there is a person looking at your work, and at the end there is something you can use at work.
