A 5-week preparation programme for the PECB ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer track – online, with mentor support, at your own pace.
Block 1 · ISO/IEC 27001 and launching the ISMS – the standard, regulatory framework, roles, organisational context.
Block 2 · Planning the ISMS implementation – stakeholders, scope, information-security risks, statement of applicability, policies.
Block 3 · Implementing the ISMS – controls, documented information, awareness, operations, incidents.
Block 4 · Monitoring and improvement – measurement, internal audit, management review, nonconformities, continual improvement.
Block 5 · Exam readiness – practical revision, practice tests and exam strategy.
This is a good fit for members of an ISMS implementation team, information-security and IT specialists, project managers, quality managers, consultants, and managers who are responsible for information-security compliance or for implementing a system.
This is not the right fit if you mainly need a technical course on penetration testing, SOC operations, or network or application security, if you need the auditor track rather than implementation (see the Lead Auditor track instead), if you cannot work with English-language materials, or if you expect the course itself to certify your organisation against ISO/IEC 27001 – that is a separate organisational certification process.
Every route below explains how it works for this particular programme. Full overview: participation support (in Estonian).
