A 5-week preparation programme for the PECB ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor track – online, with mentor support, at your own pace.
Week 1 · ISO/IEC 42001 and audit principles – AIMS requirements, audit criteria, regulatory context.
Week 2 · Planning and initiating the audit – scope, objectives, audit programme, a risk-based approach.
Week 3 · Conducting the audit – gathering evidence, interviews, document review, nonconformities.
Week 4 · Closing the audit and follow-up – conclusions, the report, documenting nonconformities, follow-up actions.
Week 5 · Exam and professional practice – practice tests, exam strategy, presenting your audit competence.
This is a good fit for internal and external auditors, quality managers, IT and AI specialists, compliance experts, and consultants who want to assess AIMS conformity and performance.
This is not the right fit if you mainly need project-management skills for implementing an AIMS rather than auditing it, if you are looking for a technical course on code-, security- or performance-testing of AI models, if you cannot work with English-language materials, or if you expect the course certificate to automatically qualify you to act as an independent certification auditor.
Every route below explains how it works for this particular programme. Full overview: participation support (in Estonian).
