Is this programme right for you?

Who this is for

This is a good fit if you are a project manager, team lead, initiative owner or career changer who wants to lead the whole picture in a fast-changing environment, and you can plan about 14 hours a week for 10 weeks. It suits both a first-time project manager and an experienced specialist who wants to bring a system to how the work flows; formal project management experience is not required.

Who this is not for

This is not the right fit if about 14 hours a week is not realistic in your current situation, if you are looking for self-paced e-learning without mentor meetings and group work, or if you want a purely theoretical course without a real project simulation.

Koolitajad ja mentorid

The programme mentor is Alek Kozlov, MA. Other trainer profiles are added once their consent and public descriptions are confirmed.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need previous project management experience?

No. The simulation is built so that it suits a first-time project manager as well as an experienced specialist who wants to bring a system to how the work flows. You learn by doing.

What language does the programme run in?

This group runs in English. The same programme also runs in Estonian, in its own separate group.

What is the workload?

The programme runs for 10 weeks (weeks 0-9, 180 academic hours in total, about 14 hours per week) and is designed to be manageable alongside work. The exact weekly split is confirmed when the group opens.

How is the programme delivered?

The programme is hybrid, combining online and on-site work. The exact arrangement for your group is confirmed when the group opens.

Does AI do the project manager's job?

AI takes the routine: summaries, drafts, overviews. The decision, the context and the accountability stay with the project manager. That is exactly why AI runs through the whole programme as a working tool.

What document do I get at the end?

A certificate is issued to a learner who reaches all learning outcomes and meets the completion conditions; otherwise a confirmation of participation is issued. There is also a plan to submit the curriculum for HAKA microqualification assessment, and we will say so once that decision is made.
