Fundamentals of organizing training

 

Before registering for training, read the basics of organizing training

To enroll in training, fill out the registration form next to training information, send an email to [email protected] or call by phone 6520001. After registering for a course, we will send a confirmation email within one business day. 

The conditions for admission and exclusion from training are described separately in the description of each training. If the conditions for admission and exclusion from the training are not specified in the description of the training, anyone can take part in the training.

Payment for training will be made by transfer to the e-mail address specified in the registration form or provided by you no later than 3 working days after registration for training.

Ettevõtluskeskus OÜ is a partner of the Unemployment Insurance Fund's training card. In order to participate in training with the Unemployment Insurance Fund training card, you must agree on participation in training with an Unemployment Insurance Fund consultant and register for training at least 7 days before the start of the training. In the comment field, you must indicate your personal identification code and the name and contact details of the Unemployment Insurance Fund consultant (phone number or email address) so that Ettevõtluskeskus can apply for participation in the Unemployment Insurance Fund.

It is also possible to pay for tuition in installments by applying for the installment option through Liisi.ee. More information about installment plans is presented in more detail on the homepage of Liisi.ee, and fill out an application for a loan. When registering for training, you must indicate in the comments field that you want to pay for the training in Liisi.ee installments.

The money-back guarantee applies to all Ettevõtluskeskus services. If the participant is not satisfied with the service, a corresponding e-mail with justification must be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] within three working days after using the service. The participant will be contacted within five business days.

If you refuse to study, please inform us by e-mail [email protected] or by phone 6520001. For trainings less than 4 academic hours, the participation fee is non-refundable, but the participant has the opportunity to join the next training group of the same training or has the right to participate in a training of the same cost, but on a different topic. Trainings lasting more than 4 academic hours are refundable under the following conditions:

  • If the participant notifies Ettevõtluskeskus of the cancellation at least 3 working days before the start of the training, we will refund 100% of the participation fee or the participant has the opportunity to join the next training group or choose another topic of the same cost (if the training takes place on March 6, then about refusal to participate must be announced no later than March 3. If there are weekends between these dates, then the refusal to participate must be notified on March 1).
  • If the participant notifies Ettevõtluskeskus of the cancellation less than 3 working days before the start of the training, the participation fee is not refundable, but the participant has the opportunity to join the next training group or choose another topic of the same cost (if the training takes place on March 6, and the refusal of participation announced on March 4, participation fee is non-refundable).
  • If a participant registered for a course, paid the course fee and did not show up for the course, the course fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation or transfer of training. If the minimum number of participants in the training group is not met, the training will be postponed or canceled. Ettevõtluskeskus notifies the participants of the cancellation or rescheduling of the training no later than 2 days before the training (for example, if the training is held on March 6, Ettevõtluskeskus notifies the participants of the cancellation or rescheduling of the training). training no later than March 4). If the training is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances for Ettevõtluskeskus (for example, the trainer's illness), the participants will be notified as soon as possible.

Exemption from tuition fees

The volume of training is calculated in academic hours (1 academic hour = 45 minutes). We issue a certificate for trainings lasting more than 6 academic hours (inclusive).

Collection of feedback

All participants of the training have the opportunity to leave feedback on the quality of training, both orally and in writing. Feedback on trainings lasting more than 6 academic hours will be requested in writing by the training organizer. Feedback is voluntary.

If the participant has given written consent, the testimonials will be used to advertise the training on the course website. Feedback is also used to improve learning where possible and necessary, and to evaluate the performance of the trainer.

The basis of quality assurance

Quality of training and quality assurance procedures

Ettevõtluskeskus courses are based on the law of adult education and the standard of advanced training in the organization of advanced training and curriculum development.

Conditions and procedure for ensuring the quality of advanced training programs

When compiling curricula, we are guided by the law on adult education, the standard for advanced training, professional standards and teaching materials provided by the Ministry of Education and Science.

The training program is based primarily on the needs of the target groups, and each training should be practically oriented and help the target group to achieve better and measurable results.

The trainer is responsible for creating training programs. Curricula are constantly updated. The curriculum is approved by the management.

The curriculum contains at least the following information:

1) the name of the study program;

2) study group;

3) purpose of the study;

4) learning outcomes;

5) basis for curriculum development;

6) target group;

7) conditions for the start of training, if they are a prerequisite for achieving learning outcomes;

8) the total amount of academic work, including the share of classroom, practical and independent work;

9) content of training;

10) description of the learning environment;

11) teaching method;

12) a list of educational materials, if educational materials are provided for the study program

13) requirements for completion of training and issued documents;

14) a description of the qualifications, training or work experience required to conduct the training.

Each curriculum is published in the introduction to the training as a link to a document on Google Drive and is located in the "Tuition Fees" section.

Conditions for the quality of teachers

Ettevõtluskeskus teachers must have higher professional or pedagogical education or be active in teaching and have relevant experience. The qualifications of trainers can be found here

We evaluate the results of the trainers' work after the training based on the participants' feedback.

The quality of the learning environment and its provision

Trainings by Ettevõtluskeskus OÜ are mainly held at Liivalaia 13, 2nd floor or from cooperation partners who rent training rooms. The classroom meets health and safety requirements and is equipped to facilitate adult learning. The class is equipped with modern presentation equipment (data and flipcharts).
