ChatGPT – Customer Service and Email Management

Learn how to set up ChatGPT for customer service and email management. Participants create scripts that automate responses to customer inquiries, gaining practical experience in creating effective prompts.

WEEK 3

Google Gemini Introduction and Integration. Optimization of Marketing Campaigns

We introduce the Google Gemini platform and learn to use it to optimize marketing campaigns. Participants create and assess simple campaigns, using Gemini analytics to enhance the capabilities of their virtual assistant.

WEEK 4

Midjourney – Creating Visual Content

We focus on creating visual content with Midjourney, whether it be marketing materials or social media posts. Participants use the skills learned to create materials that support their marketing strategies and company communications.

WEEK 5

Virtual Assistant: Ethics, User Experience, and Sustainability

We discuss the ethical, privacy, and sustainability issues associated with AI applications. Participants apply best practices to enhance the user experience and integration of their virtual assistant and prepare a plan for further development.

WEEK 6

Final Presentation and Feedback

We prepare for the final project presentation, where participants demonstrate how their virtual assistant functions and assists in daily activities. This week is dedicated to final polishing and preparations for an effective presentation.
